Overview

Blast is built to work with Apple accessibility features across its main iPhone and iPad flows: creating reusable templates, organizing saved groups, using variables and Message Mix, attaching selected media, managing settings, and composing messages through Apple's Messages composer.

Supported Features

VoiceOver

Blast supports screen-reader navigation for primary app screens and controls.

Voice Control

Common actions are exposed through labeled controls for system voice interaction.

Larger Text

Blast supports larger system text sizes throughout the main app experience.

Dark Interface

The app supports light and dark appearances on iPhone and iPad.

Differentiate Without Color Alone

Core states and actions use labels, icons, or layout in addition to color.

Sufficient Contrast

Text, iconography, and controls are designed for clear contrast in supported appearances.

Reduced Motion

Motion-sensitive experiences respect the system Reduce Motion setting.

Common Tasks Covered

  • Create, edit, organize, and delete reusable message templates.
  • Build saved groups from device contacts and manage group members.
  • Use variables and Message Mix to personalize repeated messages.
  • Add selected photo or video attachments to message drafts.
  • Open templates from the Blast Keyboard inside supported text fields.
  • Review settings, data transfer options, and Blast Max purchase screens.

Notes

  • Message delivery happens through Apple's Messages composer, so the final send step follows the system Messages accessibility experience.
  • The Blast Keyboard is a custom keyboard extension. It is available after you enable it in iOS Settings and can be used in supported text fields.
